Cliff has been building things on the web since before "web development" was a job title anyone put on a business card — three-plus decades and counting. These days he runs Kinetic Path Media, the company behind YSS, and still gets genuinely excited about a well-written database query. (Yes, really. Ask him sometime — just maybe not right before dinner.)

That was never the whole job, though. Cliff spent 30+ years in blood bank and blood donor center quality and general management, where building the web tools was one line on a very long list. He picked up a few credentials along the way — MT(ASCP)SBB, CQA(ASQ), CPT — which, between them, means he can be trusted with your data and your blood type.

He also runs two busy online communities: PathLabTalk, where clinical pathology folks go to nerd out, and Square Wheels Cycling, for people who take a bike hobby just seriously enough.

Away from the keyboard, Cliff is usually out running or riding off the day's screen time, occasionally strapped to a guitar he's still very much learning to play. He lives in Tennessee with his wife and two dogs, who are unimpressed by all of the above and mostly just want a walk.

Dawn spent more than two decades in the technology industry — the kind of work where "can you just make this work?" lands on your desk a dozen times before lunch and somehow, by the end of the day, it works. That's the job she does at Kinetic Path Media now: keeping the business side running so everyone else can stay heads-down on the product.

She also spends much of her life on the calmer side. Dawn is a certified personal trainer (NASM-CPT) and a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), and she runs Lotus Blossom Yoga & Meditation — which, as it happens, was the first real business ever run on YSS. If the platform can handle a working studio's schedule, classes, and memberships, it's because hers was the one we built it against.

Dawn's pretty sure the two halves aren't so different: the same unhurried, nothing-shouting-at-you feeling that makes a good yoga class is what makes good software. Fewer moving parts, everything where you expect it.

Away from work, she's outdoors / with the dogs / in the garden in Tennessee.

Roland has been involved with Your Shop Space since its inception and plays a key role in maintaining the company’s infrastructure. He manages web servers, network operations, and system reliability to ensure maximum uptime for customer-facing services.

With more than 20 years of experience in the Dutch hosting industry, Roland brings extensive technical expertise to the team. He studied Technical Informatics (HBO) and holds multiple industry certifications, including Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, and various Linux certifications. His specializations include networking, Linux systems administration, web hosting infrastructure, security, and performance optimization.

Known for his methodical approach and commitment to reliability, Roland enjoys solving complex technical challenges and designing robust systems that keep services running smoothly around the clock. His deep understanding of hosting environments and network architecture helps ensure a stable and secure platform for customers.

Outside of work, Roland enjoys gardening and has a particular passion for growing peppers and cultivating bonsai trees. The patience and attention to detail these hobbies require mirror the same mindset he brings to managing complex technical systems.

Dennis brings more than 10 years of successful consultative sales experience to Your Shop Space, with a talent for turning conversations into relationships and opportunities into long-term partnerships. Currently based in NYC, he’s a natural at listening to what people actually need, finding the right solution, and making the process feel less like a sales pitch and more like a good conversation.

As Director of Sales & Marketing, Dennis introduces Your Shop Space to businesses that could benefit from simpler, smarter tools for day-to-day operations. He’s a self-directed, results-driven professional who knows how to open doors, build trust, and keep those relationships going long after the first conversation.

Dennis is also the kind of person who enjoys the chase—but enjoys helping a customer find something that genuinely makes their business better even more. He brings energy, curiosity, and a healthy dose of persistence to the job, along with the ability to keep several moving pieces headed in the right direction.

When he’s not talking with customers or looking for the next great opportunity, Dennis is probably doing something that doesn’t involve a spreadsheet. Even salespeople need to step away from the CRM occasionally.
